Southeast Financial acts as the financial broker or over 200 dealers of recreational vehicles and trailers (for personal use) all over the United States, performing the tasks of retail financing for these companies. We have experienced approval ratios as high as 80% for some dealers!

How Southeast Financial works with Dealers

We review the credit file of the particular buyer and decide which lending company to send the credit application.  Southeast negotiates for approvals and the best interest rate and terms available.  We will then, communicate all credit decisions to the dealer by email or phone.  Southeast Financial prepares all required loan documents and FedEx's them to the dealer.  After your customer has signed all paperwork, the documents will be mailed to Southeast for funding.  The funding process takes two business days.  When the loan has been funded a cashier’s check made out to the dealer will be overnighted or money will be wired via an ACH Direct Deposit transfer.  The dealer is responsible for titling the unit and listing the leinholder within 30 days of the closing. Via dealer’s, Southeast will finance a minimum amount of $2500.
